All patients must bring ID and Insurance cards to appointments. We will not see any patient without valid photo ID – per regulatory compliance in FL – AND if a patient does not bring insurance information they will be charged as self pay for the visit and payment is expected in full at time of service.
Cancellation Policy
Bliss Dermatology + Wellness requires a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel appointments. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a $75 cancellation fee.
No-Show Policy
Bliss Dermatology + Wellness reserves the right to charge a $75 no-show fee for new and established patients. To avoid this charge, please attend your visit as scheduled or call our office 1 business day prior to your appointment to reschedule. Click here to read our payment policy.
